Woman of the 20th Century

       Artist Statement

My photos are inspired by women of the 20th century. I specifically am very inspired by Gertude Kasebier. My favorite images of hers are portraits of Evelyn Nesbit. In my photos, I tried to capture times before 1920. I enjoy the natural look and feel of women’s fashion, and beauty in this time period. In my photos, my goal was try to make my images look vintage and have  a soft, timeless, and innocent feel to them.
